LS CUT

The LS CUT is a laser cutting machine developed through retrofitting for the removal of injection sprues from plastic molded parts. It is designed for direct integration into injection molding cells, allowing a Cartesian robot to pick parts directly from the molding machine and place them into a custom positioning nest inside the laser cutting system. As a result, the process ensures outstanding precision, repeatability, and a clean finish on every component.

The LS CUT is designed to remove injection sprues and gates from plastic molded parts, delivering exceptional precision and repeatability in industrial production environments.

Furthermore, the system is specifically developed for integration into injection molding cells, enabling fully automated handling while maintaining consistent cutting quality throughout the production process.

Industrial laser cutting machine

Equipped with a CO₂ RF laser source ranging from 30 to 100 W and an MTBF exceeding 40,000 hours, the LS CUT features a gantry system with DC servo-controlled axes that ensure precise, smooth, and highly stable movement.

In addition, the working area is extendable up to 740 × 460 mm, allowing the machine to process a wide variety of plastic components with maximum flexibility.

The LS CUT is equipped with full polycarbonate protection to prevent laser reflections, a manual access door with integrated safety sensors, and dedicated compartments for collecting both the removed sprues and the finished parts. The system is controlled through Windows-compatible software and supports direct communication via parallel port or USB. It also features 32 MB of internal memory and a 4-line LCD control panel displaying the file name, operating time, and processing parameters, giving operators complete control throughout the cutting process.
