Laser marking for large metal and plastic parts

The workstation is equipped with a Ytterbium fiber laser with a power range of 20 to 70W. The marking area ranges from 110×110 mm up to 220×220 mm, while the total workspace measures 1000×500 mm, allowing large objects to be marked in sections. The software allows users to set up a marking layout within the marking area and define movements based on coordinates, enabling the laser head to replicate the same marking across multiple small objects. For large objects, the layout can be set for the entire workspace, and the marking pattern can be applied to cover the full object or targeted at selected points as required. All axes (X, Y, Z) are fully automated, with XY moving the laser head and Z adjusting the height for precise focusing. The FIBER MARK PRO MAX-XY10050 has a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of 100,000 hours.
