OEM Laser System for Industrial Robot Integration

The PTL C-CUT 200 was developed to operate in tandem with robotic arms, where the laser remains stationary on a frame while the robot manipulates the workpiece.

  • Synchronization: The cutting process is only triggered once the robot confirms the correct positioning of the part via I/O communication, ensuring a synchronized and reliable workflow.
  • Streamlined Control: The system is fully controlled via the robot’s own software, eliminating the need for dedicated laser software and allowing for easy integration into diverse industrial setups.
  • Versatility: Its design allows for the cutting of complex geometries and parts in motion, ensuring consistent results in high-volume, continuous production.

This system is ideal for processing automotive plastic components with or without fabric coverings. It is widely used for:
