It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including electronic components, resistors, chip housings, thin metal sheets and other metal or plastic parts that require complex welding paths, tight curves or intricate geometries. The machine is mounted on a mobile workstation with wheels, allowing easy movement throughout the production facility.

Its automatic software-controlled Z-axis allows fast and accurate laser focusing adjustments, ensuring optimal welding performance across different component sizes and geometries.

Classified as a Class 1 Laser system, the FIBER WELD PRO 3 features a fully enclosed structure that protects the operator from laser radiation while minimizing exposure to particles and fumes generated during the welding process.
