PTL CUT

The PTL CUT is a CO₂ RF laser workstation developed for cutting injection sprues in plastic parts, with a particular focus on plastic components used in the automotive industry. This machine features a custom-made positioning nest that allows operators to place parts accurately before processing. It also incorporates a software-controlled rotary axis that synchronises the movement of the positioning nest with the laser, enabling complex cutting paths with exceptional precision.

The PTL CUT is a laser cutting machine for plastics specifically developed to remove injection sprues and gates from injection-moulded plastic parts, ensuring outstanding precision and a high-quality edge finish.

Equipped with a 30–60 W CO₂ RF laser source and an MTBF exceeding 40,000 hours, the PTL CUT includes three high-precision linear axes and a 110 × 110 mm optical lens. It provides a 415 × 800 mm working area and supports parts up to 350 mm in height, ensuring excellent flexibility and precision when processing plastic components of different sizes.

Fully enclosed structure, automatic front door with integrated safety light barriers, and Class 1 Laser certification.
