Equipped with two high-performance galvanometric CO2 RF-sealed laser heads, with power options from 30W to 60W and an MTBF of over 40,000 hours, the machine can process cork stoppers with:

• Lengths from 38 mm to 54 mm
• Diameters from 24 mm to 31 mm

It features an automatic adjustment for different cork stopper sizes, which can be managed simply and intuitively via the HMI console.

Three operation modes are available: marking ends only, body only, or both surfaces simultaneously.

Marking ends and body of corks with precision

Cork stoppers are fed into the machine through an automatic feeder. For end marking, each stopper is individually positioned by a pneumatic gripping system that ensures precise alignment. For body engraving, a dedicated roller system rotates the cork stoppers, enabling consistent marking around its entire surface. This machine includes an automatic rejection system for corks outside the defined size parameters, as well as an anti-jamming alignment system to prevent blockages and maintain smooth operation. Fully enclosed and certified as a Class 1 laser system, the CMARK CORKMASTER 360 ensures safe and controlled marking throughout the process.
