Laser Cleaning for Rust and Paint Removal

Pulsed laser technology allows highly precise cleaning without damaging or deforming treated surfaces. Unlike conventional cleaning systems or continuous-wave lasers, which may generate excessive heat, the pulsed laser operates in a controlled manner, removing only the contaminated layer without affecting the base material.

Compact and easy to transport, the FIBER PULSE CLEAN integrates a touchscreen control console and intuitive software interface, allowing operators to configure parameters such as power, frequency, pulse width, cleaning pattern, and more.

Advantages of Industrial Laser Cleaning

Different scanning patterns can be selected (horizontal, diagonal, circular, among others), and predefined profiles can be created for specific materials, simplifying future operations. Parameter configuration and modification are password protected, ensuring that only authorized operators can access and modify settings.

The cleaning area is 70 × 70 mm.

Operational Safety

The FIBER PULSE CLEAN is CE certified and classified as a Class IV Laser. During operation, the use of the following protective equipment is mandatory:

Protective safety glasses
Protective gloves
Protective suit

The machine is equipped with an interlock safety system that allows connection to the door of the room where it is installed. If the door is opened during operation, the system automatically interrupts laser emission, increasing workplace safety. It also includes a focal distance safety sensor integrated into the laser gun, preventing laser activation unless the device is positioned within the predefined focal distance.
