The injection sprue laser cutting machine GCUT 8X30 is an industrial CO2 laser system designed for high-precision degating and cutting of injection-molded plastic parts. Built for automated production environments, it delivers fast, consistent, and reliable cutting results for high-volume manufacturing.

This machine is equipped with eight CO2 RF lasers, each with a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) exceeding 40,000 hours. Each laser is directed by a galvanometric head, operating within a configurable working area of 70×70 mm or 110×110 mm, depending on the optical lens, adapting to various degating and micro-cutting needs. While optimized for degating in the automotive sector, the GCUT 8X30 also supports laser engraving when required. An integrated automatic rotary axis ensures accurate angular positioning of the parts for complex cutting patterns and geometries.

Engineered for automated production lines, the GCUT 8X30 is prepared to work exclusively with robotic arms and Cartesian handling systems for continuous loading and unloading of parts. The machine also operates in standalone mode, with memory for up to 16 files per laser. A 7-inch touchscreen provides full control of machine configuration and operational monitoring. Its fully enclosed structure is certified as a Class 1 laser system, ensuring maximum operator protection. An automatic conveyor continuously extracts cutting residues, keeping the working area clear and reducing the need for machine stoppages for cleaning.
