The ROBOT FIBER CLEAN is a laser cleaning robot developed for industrial applications that require high precision and efficiency in the removal of contaminants, residues and surface deposits.
This system combines MOPA fiber laser cleaning technology with a 6-axis robot, allowing complex surfaces and industrial molds to be cleaned with exceptional accuracy.

The system is mounted on a mobile trolley with wheels, making it easy to move throughout the production facility and perform cleaning operations directly at injection molding cells and manufacturing machines.
As a result, molds can be cleaned without waiting for cooling cycles, making maintenance faster, more cost-effective and more efficient. The trolley is equipped with polycarbonate side guards to prevent reflections, while the optical lens features a protective viewing cone with localized extraction support to ensure operator safety and a cleaner working environment.
Industrial laser cleaning technology
Equipped with a 30 W or 60 W MOPA fiber laser, the ROBOT FIBER CLEAN operates in standalone mode and is controlled directly through the robot console. In addition, the system is air-cooled and incorporates a thermal protection blanket that protects both the robot and the laser source. This allows continuous operation even in high-temperature environments commonly found in plastics injection facilities. The system is classified as a Class IV Laser.
