Equipped with two high-performance galvanometric CO2 RF-sealed laser heads, with power options from 30W to 55W and a Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) exceeding 40,000 hours, the CAPS MARK processes capsules with:

• Diameters: 26 mm to 65 mm
• Heights: 12 mm to 24 mm

All axes of the CAPS MARK are electric, fully automatic and adjustable, allowing the machine to calibrate and adapt itself to the dimensions of each capsule. These settings can be easily controlled through the touchscreen console by simply entering the capsule measurements, ensuring precise positioning and simplifying setup for different formats.

High-precision capsule branding and marking

Capsules enter the machine through an automatic feeder. Inside the system, they are moved by electric axes and are automatically centered for engraving the capsules’ tops. For body engraving, a dedicated rotary system rotates each capsule, marking around the entire body of the capsule. The CAPS MARK features an intuitive touchscreen interface that provides easy access to machine configuration, calibration settings, and essential operational controls. Fully enclosed, this machine is certified as a Class 1 laser system.
