PTL HC Series

The PTL HC Series is a high-performance laser cutting machine available with power ranges from 1.5kW to 12kW. Its design has been developed to maximize industrial productivity through a dual exchange table system (double exchange platform). This technology allows new sheets to be loaded and finished parts to be unloaded simultaneously while the cutting process is running, ensuring continuous operation and eliminating downtime commonly associated with single-table systems.

Laser Cutting Machine for Metal (Flat Sheet) with Dual Exchange Table

All operational control of the PTL HC Series is centrally managed through the computer integrated into the machine chassis. From a single interface, the operator can monitor all cutting parameters, component status, and the HD panoramic visual system in real time, ensuring complete control over the process without the need for external manual intervention.

The fully enclosed structure guarantees laser radiation isolation while maintaining a safe and clean working environment free from external residues. The intelligent zoned dust extraction system operates synchronously with the cutting head, removing fumes and particles only where needed, optimizing both energy consumption and extraction efficiency.
