Laser marking machine for bathtubs and sanitary ware
The laser marking machine for bathtubs Fiber Mark Bath is an industrial workstation designed for engraving and marking large bathroom and sanitary products with precision and reliability. Using advanced fiber laser technology, the system enables permanent marking on metals, ceramics, plastics, and coated surfaces.
Laser workstation with movable and angle‑adjustable laser head for engraving of bathtubs.
Industrial laser engraving for bathroom products
This workstation is equipped with a Ytterbium fiber laser, available in 30 or 60W, and features a 110×110 mm engraving area within a 900×600×300 mm workspace. The laser head moves along X, Y, and Z axes using precision ball screws, allowing accurate positioning anywhere within the workspace. A sliding roller system (roller guide track) facilitates easy handling and positioning of large, heavy objects such as bathtubs, and the machine is designed to support these oversized and heavy items. The laser head is adjustable from 0° to 90°, enabling engraving on different areas of the objects. The system can operate in standalone mode and is classified as a Class 1 laser.
